Reservation
Module

The reservation module enables your service and event catalogs to appear in your campsite’s App. You’ll have the autonomy to add, modify, or delete activities, and you can link them to various professionals so your guests can choose the one they prefer.


Here, you can manage and charge for the service and activity bookings made by your customers through the App, as well as create new reservations for those customers who prefer to book through other channels.

Product
Module

The product module allows you to offer the product catalogs from each of your facilities so they are available through the App and at points of sale. You can also include WiFi subscriptions. The platform automatically generates tickets and provides the option to send invoices to guests, as well as schedule future orders.


Here, you can manage and charge for orders, pickups, and product deliveries made by your customers through the App.

Event
Module

The event module is designed to create activities and events, generate and charge for tickets, and provide real-time control over capacity, which you can determine before launching the event in the App.


You can include questions that guests must answer when registering to gather additional information. Attendees can schedule entry and exit notifications to monitor younger participants.

Task
Module

The task module is designed to increase the productivity of your work teams. With this module, you can manage and control tasks and incidents at the campsite, whether created by customers or internal teams, assigning them to your workers and automating recurring tasks.


You can generate tasks, link them to other tasks, add subtasks, and include various resolution variables, providing precision and rigor in your daily operations.

Communication
Module

The communication module allows you to set up a news section on the app’s home screen, which you can update with relevant information for your users.


You can also create alerts that will be pinned to the home screen and send push notifications either once or recurrently, segmenting them by customer type.

Survey
Module

The survey module is designed for you to easily create questionnaires and schedule them to be automatically sent at the end of a guest's stay or after certain activities. This way, you can gauge your customers’ satisfaction levels.

Loyalty
Module

The loyalty module allows you to implement loyalty cards for your guests through the App. From a virtual wallet to the option of creating gift vouchers, the loyalty module is designed to encourage the use of the App and make it easier for your guests to purchase products and book services and activities at the campsite.

Management Module

The management module gives you access to all the information recorded by both the platform and the App, presenting it in tables and charts with the indicators you set, allowing you to better understand the activities taking place at the campsite.
